Hannibal Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC Superiore Organic is a 100% organic Trebbiano produced in Pianella (PE), from vineyards trained in pergola abruzzese on calcareous soils. The wine is vinified with soft pressing and selection of the free‑run must only, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel. It shows an intense straw‑yellow color, with aromas of ripe white fruit and subtle woody notes. On the palate it is vibrant, smooth, and complex. Excellent with fresh cheeses, white meats, and seafood dishes, especially shellfish and mollusks.
