Granaro, Rosato IGT 2025 - Chiarieri

The Granaro Rosato is produced in Pianella, in Contrada Granaro, where the vineyards grow on calcareous soils and are trained using the traditional Abruzzese pergola system. The winemaking process begins with a careful selection of the grapes, followed by a brief maceration on the skins and a gentle saignée. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of around 14°C for about fifteen days, and the wine then ages in stainless steel until bottling, preserving its freshness and purity.

In the glass, it offers a delicate yet expressive bouquet, rich in floral aromas. On the palate it is dry, fresh, and straightforward, with pleasant notes of fresh red fruit that make it highly versatile at the table. It pairs beautifully with flavorful dishes such as pork with cicerchie, red mullet in tomato broth, fondue bourguignonne, or beef medallions Rossini‑style.

With an alcohol content of 13% and a 75 cl format, this is an elegant and authentic rosé that reflects the character of its territory. Contains sulfites. Bottled at the source by Società Agricola Chiarieri in Pianella, Abruzzo.
