Le Belle is an ancestral‑method sparkling white wine produced by Tenuta I Fauri using 100% Pecorino grapes from vineyards in Ari and Chieti. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel and is stopped at 8 g/L of residual sugar; bottling follows in September, and the fermentation is completed in the bottle, creating a light and lively perlage (around 2.5 bar).
The colour is straw yellow, and the bouquet is intense, with notes of bread crust, yellow fruit, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and straightforward — ideal as an aperitif wine and excellent with shellfish, seafood, fish‑based first and second courses, and fried dishes.
Limited production of about 1,500 bottles. Alcohol content: 12.5%. Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
