Ratafia - Cutina 1LT

Ratafià Cutina is an artisanal liqueur obtained through the slow maceration of sour cherries in red wine for about 40 days at a controlled temperature, enhancing its aromas and organoleptic qualities.
The cherries are then pressed to extract any remaining aromas, which are combined with the maceration concentrate. The blend is completed with water, sugar, and alcohol and left to rest in stainless steel tanks for 15–20 days, during which the liqueur naturally settles.

With its sweet and delicate flavor, Ratafià Cutina is perfect enjoyed neat and in good company.
