The Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Orso Rosso 2024 is an organic rosé made from 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, crafted on the hills of Chieti between the Adriatic Sea and the Maiella mountains. Vinified off the skins to enhance its signature coral‑pink color, it offers vibrant aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, wild strawberries, and dog rose. On the palate, it is fresh, well‑balanced, and persistent, with a perfect harmony between nose and taste.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with pizza, cheeseburgers, baked stuffed vegetables, octopus and potatoes, or pasta and beans, it’s the perfect choice when a white wine feels too light and a red too structured.
Certified organic – 13% vol – Serve at 10–12 °C.
