Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC – Chiarieri Winery
Rosé wine made from carefully selected grapes, produced in Pianella (PE), in the Granaro district, on medium-textured calcareous soils and trained with the traditional Abruzzo pergola system. The winemaking process includes must flotation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20 days, followed by refinement in steel until bottling.
On the nose it offers floral notes and small red fruits; on the palate it is fresh, soft, and delicate. Ideal with fettuccine with chickpeas and salted cod, ventricina, Campotosto mortadella, and pork chops in tomato sauce.
