The winemaking tradition of Tenuta Micoli began with the Merlot vineyards in Frisa (Chieti) and has expanded over time to include organic plantings of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and white varieties such as Pecorino, Trebbiano, Cococciola, and Passerina — the latter also produced in a sparkling version.

The labels, dedicated to the Bear — a symbol of Abruzzo — reflect the strong bond between the Micoli family and their land.

The winery produces around 50,000 bottles per year, mainly within its certified organic line. The wines stand out for their elegance, well‑crafted structure, and a contemporary style that enhances the rich winemaking tradition of Abruzzo.
