L'Una, 75 cl - Birrificio Opperbacco

A traditional Helles from Munich, designed to pair perfectly with “rustelle” (arrosticini), which is where it gets its name. Its Abruzzese character is enhanced by the use of Rosciola, or Grano del Pastore, a wheat variety from Castel del Monte. With its golden color, the aroma and flavor are dominated by malty and cereal notes. The finish is smooth, dry, and gently bitter.
